Startup Grind Russia · the annual flagship

From Russia to Silicon Valley

Each spring the global Startup Grind community gathers in Redwood City. We build a curated delegation for founders, investors and ecosystem leaders who want more than a conference ticket: preparation, visibility, relevant introductions and a purposeful stretch in Silicon Valley.

Next delegation 27-28 April 2027, at the Fox Theatre in Redwood City. We land a few days before the conference and stay at least a week after.

Two ways to go

The conference week - or your own week

Both paths are built person by person. Tell us your objective, and we design the room around it.

Path 1 · late April, every year

Startup Grind Conference Delegation

For people going to the annual conference. We handle the layer that turns a ticket into relevant rooms.

  • Founder and investor delegation, curated for fit
  • Conference registration guidance
  • Startup exhibition and pitch-application support
  • Pitch and messaging preparation before departure
  • Curated introductions where available
  • Meetings with investors, founders and ecosystem organizations
  • Company, university and innovation-hub visits
  • Delegation dinners and peer sessions
  • Optional startup roadshow
  • Post-trip follow-up support

Path 2 · any time of year

Custom Silicon Valley Visit

For founders, investors, corporate groups and ecosystem organizations who want a separate trip - before, during or after the conference, or on their own calendar.

  • Market-discovery visits
  • Partner and customer meetings
  • Investor-readiness programs
  • Corporate innovation and university visits
  • Founder or sector-specific roadshows
  • Private group itineraries
  • Conference-adjacent meetings - no conference ticket required

Plan a custom visit

What happens on the trip

The shape of the trip

Every delegation is built around the people in it. This is the shape, not a promise.

The days before

Land, brief, calibrate.

Delegation dinner, final pitch polish, and a plan for the trip, person by person.

27-28 April

The conference - or your meetings.

Sessions, the exhibition floor and side meetings for delegates; market-discovery visits for custom groups.

The week after

Into the ecosystem.

Company, university and innovation-hub visits; investor and partner meetings where there’s a fit.

Last days

Roadshow and wrap.

An optional startup roadshow, a peer session on what everyone learned, and next steps agreed before anyone flies home.

Back home

Follow-up support.

Warm threads don’t cool: we help you follow up on the conversations that mattered.

Straight talk

Introductions and meetings depend on participant fit, timing and availability. Taking part doesn’t guarantee investment, customers, visas, admission to private events or a conference speaking slot. Visa questions we answer as information only - it isn’t legal advice. If the conference dates or venue change, the official site ↗ is right and this page is late.

Application

Tell us what you’re going for

We read every application for fit, because the value of a delegation depends on who’s in it.
